  A part of me was gonna bypass this review, but I said that wouldn't be fair to all of you. I rarely leave one‑star reviews, but my experience at this Wingstop location on Northshore absolutely earned it. The service was horrible from start to finish. I waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and when I finally placed my order on 8/24, everything went downhill from there. I tried calling the store several times with no resolve. The employee told me she sent my receipt to the manager, but that turned out to be untrue, and I couldn’t get a refund no matter how many times I followed up. After weeks of calling, they finally gave me another order on 9/16 not the refund I repeatedly asked for. The store itself didn’t help the situation. The area around the counter and drink station was messy, which matched the quality of the food. The chicken looked disgusting, especially the naked fried pieces, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Nothing about the meal felt fresh or cared for. After everything, the poor service, the dishonesty, the mess, the terrible food, and the long wait for any kind of resolution I can confidently say I won’t be returning to this location.

  Here it is a Wednesday where I could have gotten BOGO wings from the Pizzahut right around the corner but my daughter requested WINGSTOP. I ordered $34 dollars worth of wings, lg fries and the 2nd to last bottle of Natural lemonade while sitting in the Walmart parking lot. As I walked in to the store I was greeted by a wonderful lady with a very pleasant smile. That is where the visit turned for the worse. First I had to wait for fries to be cooked when the order was marked complete. As I’m waiting my ears were verbally assaulted by the white non gentlemen who dropped no fewer than 15 swear words as he talked negatively about other employees. When my fries were done the nonverbal gentleman was told by both employees that that was an insufficient amount of fries for a large then the white guy told him to send it anyway. I was still standing at the counter. As the food was brought to me it took me telling them to cook my full order for them to do it correctly. After waiting for another order to be prepared I finally got my order 20 minutes after the prepared time with no apologies from the staff just a “Here you go bruh”. The tables were dirty, the drink station was dirty with old Wendy’s cup on counter and the white guys phone etiquette was poor as I listened to him not help a customer just a “It’s not a deal here cuz I don’t see it”. P.S. the fries I waited so long for were cold before I could even enjoy them.

  I walked in ( a little earlier than my meal was expected to be done, mind you) I was immediately greeted by the employee ,Robert, who was welcoming and make sure I had quick service . He even went a little beyond for me. Great food , amazing service . Would recommend

  Food is not bad, at least when you get it. However, I have a feeling this store will not last with the employees they have. Over the last week I have gone twice (Carolina Gold is my favorite and it's not here long) and each time I put in an order around one hour ahead of time. Each time I went I spent 15 to 20 minutes waiting. Not a big order just 10 traditional same sauce. Very disappointing.
