- MCMelody ChategnierMay 12, 20261.0I was appalled I went through the drive-thru and this Asian youngboy I believe he had his gloves on and kept wiping his nose on the outside of his gloves and then he started wiping the inside and I was just oh my gosh I will never go back there again I just wanted to say change your gloves and then he grabbed my bag and put his hands all in the sauce packs and napkins in stuck them all down in my bag

Why does it take so long to get food out the door? Why is the food so goddamn bad? Not sure if the employee’s aren’t getting paid enough to do their job at night, but something has to change. This is the worst fast food restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. There’s a lot of things I want to say but not sure if it’ll get censored. Staff was extremely rude. I mean do I have to say more.. I don’t usually write reviews but this has to be done right now. Please corporate, do something.

- CCc1peeweeMar 12, 20265.0Very clean and fast this location is old Spanish trail ., but Gause location I waited 35 minutes then they bumped my order total time in this receipt 43 minutes all together the one young who was not on the clock spoke to me and then I never got my food the manager gave me my money and apologized and gave me 2 coupons for free tacos . But here is the problems when someone wake in your establishment you greet them ask what can you do to help them.. if after 10 minutes they are still there you inquire please. I want to thank the manager at Gause location for the coupons but too many people got their food before and this can not happen again
