  I'll NEVER eat at subway again thanks to this location!!! My bread was toasted but it wasn't left in long enough so it just tasted stale instead. I ended up paying $18.45 for 1 steak and cheese (NO TOPPINGS) SUB!!!! I KNOW PRICES WENT UP BUT WTH!!!

  Way overpriced. I do not understand why people would waste their money at any subway. It’s just not good and probably not good for you.

  short version: the server did not prepare my order correctly, the owner (via phone), told me the server could not issue a refund and when I asked him how I would be accommodated, his answer was "my lost"... I was shocked and challenged his answer he basically let it be known he has owned that store since the 90s and he ain't worried about my little $9 🤦🏾‍♀️ Lakeshore/Oak Harbor Blvd location. Owner named Jack. I could not eat it due to the saturation of grease (plus the topping was incorrect)... And I didn't want money back, originally, I just wanted my food redone... but now of course I'm going to request my $9 and he hasn't been there for me to get it, gone back twice 🤦🏾‍♀️

  I don’t often write reviews and don’t recall ever writing a negative one. I have to on this one. Almost $10 for a 6” meal with very skimpy amount of tuna. When i asked about the unusually high price i was told since they are privately owned, they can set their own prices. Then went to get my fountain drink in the small cup provided to discover no ice tea. I was told “we don’t do ice tea today”. Sipping on my lemonade once underway, the stuff was watered down so much it tasted like flavored water. All in all a rip off. Advice to avoid this place.
