  Service was fast and everything was in our bags. The lady who took our order was very polite.

  Went for 2 burgers and a coney. Used the mobile app and at 1409 the app claimed our food was almost done, and at 1413 the status was changed to "complete". We never got our food ,and we waited over 30 minutes. Finally, we pressed the red button and they guy answered and said "you should have already received your order" I stated "we didn't". Long story short, 30+ minutes is too long for burgers and hotdogs, we never got our food, we left and went to Taco Bell. Had to call customer service and be on the phone for another 20-30 minutes. We'll get our refund 7-10 business days! Ridiculous. We deleted the Sonic app and won't ever give them any of our money again.

  I've been to this Sonic many times and was surprised today my car hop asked for my credit card to pay inside, I refuse of course and then she stated that the machine for credit cards were down, so why did she need to bring my card inside??? It was definitely shady.
