What is this sad little chicken in my garlic parm wrap! I come here all the time, and all the kids working here are great but this has got to be a joke

Apparently asking for 2 bbq sauces and 2 ranches to go with my husband and I’s four corn dogs was not okay. Apparently it would be different if we ordered chicken. I mean cmon that’s just crazy. We were told that ketchup and mustard is what people use, not bbq and ranch. Unacceptable behavior. Never felt judged for my sauce choices til today. UPDATE: had another horrible treatment over syrup. I ordered two only got one. (For two people) When asking for the second one they refused and said exactly “we’re aware of yalls false complaint” - trying to claim our review and store complaint of the first issue was false. Which is super funny because we have recordings of everything we complained about to a T. This store has no costumer service and it’s ridiculous. This used to be our favorite sonic too.

ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE HERE. Waited for 40 minutes for TWO LARGE DRINKS, just to find out they never rang up my order and the worst part was it was only me and one other car here at this place. I’m from out of town, really wanted a drink because I have been driving for over 5 hours just to waste 40 mins of my time. DO NOT GO HERE.

The food and service was very good at this location on Airport Rd. in Slidell. It's ashame the other locations didn't have this same standard of commitment. They may not have had to close.
