  The store doesn't answer the calls a call center that sounds like an AI but keeps saying their human is answering the calls and they can NOT correctly answer questions. They doesn't know what the store is out of. They can't arrange delivery. They are a waste of time and very annoying.

  I ordered 2 large pizza's for my family that came over f dinner and I ordered pizza at 7:15 And I ordered delivery. My pizza was not only cold but did not receive my order until 8:35. When the delivery driver got here of course I checked it and of course it did not look fresh but was also cold. Then I told the driver it was cold and that's what I get delivery. This being said this is the first time with this pizza hut and I am extremely dissatisfied with not only their food but also their customer service.

  Placed an order at 1:20pm with expected delivery of 1:50 pm. Order received at 2:15 pm. Ice cold (hard cheese, shribbled up black olives….), wings cold. I keep ordering with the assumption of maybe they're having a bad day, but it seems that everyday is a bad day. I've finally learned my lesson!

  I order the same 2 pizzas and sides 2-3 times a week from this location and 1/3 times the order is wrong if you pay the $3 extra for pan expect a thin greasy pizza they do not follow request even when you pay for it. Then said i had to pay for a new pizza if I wanted it fixed im not ordering from this location again
