  i’m not sure what’s up with THIS chipotle but they are charging EXTRA for every little thing you want extra in your bowl/burrito. absolutely insane. there was little to no rice and beans in all of my bowls. you want more sour cream? extra! you want more corn? extra! i have never experienced this in any other chipotle i’ve gone too. so frustrating.

  Literally every single time I go to this location (because it’s the only one in Slidell) it’s a terrible experience and I feel like I wasted my money! Yesterday 8/25/26, I went and they were out of many things (as usual) the vinaigrette was being made right behind the employee who was making my bowl and they refused to give it to me! The honey Chipotle chicken was hard to chew and felt like I was eating burnt pieces of some sort! Besides that, they have recently started giving half portions of rice and beans to entice you to ask for more so that they can up charge! The rice was literally only on one side of my bowl! On top of that, the cashier was rude and rushed me so I couldn’t use my app to get my free drink! I will never go back to this location. I would rather drive to Covington!

  Love the food, if they had it. Always, and I mean every time I come, they are out of multiple ingredients. What’s worse, they keep a separate stash for to-go orders. You can be in the store, in line waiting to purchase and eat, and they will not give you food that is in the bar 10 feet away dedicated for to go orders. That’s bananas. It’s been going on so long that they could have — and should have — had this issue corrected. Who’s overseeing the store?

  Exact cash or card only, someone had to have spilled an entire container of salt in my bowl. I eat Chipotle daily at a different location, so I know this is not the norm. Inedible to say the least. Oh and that was the least amount of guacamole I’ve ever gotten. Do better!

  I've been going to Chipotle for over 9 years and usually eat there about three times a week. I recently moved to the area, so I was looking for a new Chipotle to make my regular location. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. From the beginning, I was made to feel uncomfortable. Every time I asked for a little extra of anything—even salsa—I was told there would be an extra charge. I asked when that policy changed, and the employee told me they had just started doing it that week and that every location is different. Since then, I've visited three other Chipotle locations in the area and have not had the same experience or customer service. What bothered me the most was how I was treated. The employee helping me looked at me with a disgusted expression and acted like she wanted nothing to do with me. It made me feel unwelcome, and the interaction was unpleasant from start to finish. I come from a customer service and hospitality background, so I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect and professionalism. It's not about being told "no"—it's about how you're treated. Sadly, this experience fell far below the level of service I've come to expect from Chipotle. I will not be returning to this location.
