  There was a line and seemed to be a newer person working which is fine but there was a girl working on register who wasn’t friendly towards customers nor was she friendly to the new guy. When she was ringing me up mind you I haven’t paid yet I asked my friend if they wanted chips and the young lady at the register said I already rung you up as if I can’t add chips or a drink to the order before I paid.

  Seems like everytime we try eat this Chipotle, same thing terrible service. Waiting in line the person in front of us had a problem with their food and portions. Lady came in behind us bringing her food back her bowl literally had 4 pieces of chicken on it. I tried to order a burrito and they put barely enough rice to fit in palm of my 7 years old hand(couple level teaspoons) I asked for more literally she put maybe 8 more grains of rice on it. I literally had to laugh, said must be a joke. She said anymore would have to charge me. I have never seen them put that little on there before. So I went ahead and let them keep it. I could only imagine how the chipotle honey chicken was going to go when the person in front of me barely got any chicken on there’s(they said their chef wasn’t in right now). Corporate needs to secret shop this store and change management. We eaten chipotle all over and this one is always terrible, and that is a very accurate statement.

  Drove over there on my lunch break, stood in line for 10 minutes just to be told they couldn’t even break a $20 for a 10-12 meal. Said exact cash or card only!! Horrible waste of time. Only to have to go get food elsewhere! Never again Chipolet do better!

  This location is incredibly frustrating because the staff constantly tries to scrape by with whatever ingredients happen to be left on the line. If they run out of essentials like steak, peppers, or onions, they flat-out refuse to cook more. It is entirely unacceptable for a restaurant to refuse to prepare the food on its own menu. I’ve gotten so tired of the laziness that I’ve adopted a new strategy: whenever I’m halfway through the line and they tell me they won't cook the ingredients I’m ordering, I just tell them to throw the half-made burrito in the garbage, and I walk out. I end up doing this about five times a week. Maybe one day management will calculate exactly how much product and money they are throwing away and finally hold their employees accountable to do their jobs.

  I don’t think I’ve ever met more incompetent workers in my entire life. This chipotle is an absolute dump. The manager is useless. The are always out of everything and portions are trash. Don’t waste your time going here.
