  I’m beyond upset with my experience at chipotle today in Slidell. I’ve had issues with this location before and decided to not come back, but since it’s been a year, I decided to try it out again. I placed an online order which shows on my order total that I receive a free queso. After I pick up my order, I noticed that my free queso and two other items are missing so I go back inside to the to go girl who already was letting someone dig through my back the first time I got there, but didn’t even complain about that to her nor did she apologize. Once I go back inside, I respectfully let her know what I am missing and with the biggest attitude, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I waited for her to come back and once she did, I told her again what I was missing and she said there’s nothing she can do about it. It’s upsetting that I can never come here and have a good experience. I do not recommend this location

  We always come to this branch, but lately the service has gotten worse. All the employees working on 5/12/26 around 5:40 PM were very unwelcoming. Everyone was frowning and not paying attention to customers’ orders. While my food was being served, a fly landed on my order, but the employee didn’t replace it. We also ordered guac on the side and paid extra for it. I politely asked the employee if she could fill it up properly, but she didn’t. At that point, I didn’t want to argue anymore, so I decided to just leave a review instead. The food station was very messy as well. I don’t understand why it was so messy when they were just scooping food and putting it in the bowl. It might be time for us to go to a different branch.

  Here's my issue with all locations of Chipotle. 1. If you order a bowl, the servers starts off by giving you way too much rice and way too little of the beans. This makes the bowl taste bland. It would taste better if the portions of beans and rice are balanced, half/half. If I asked the servers to go light on the rice, they all seems to get thrown off and go light on everything. 2. When they change servers, the portions of protein changes as well. One server would be generous with the portions, then the next server takes over and go skimpy on everything, except that rice (I think they get that rice free or something). I know you can pay extra to double the protein but this is not that. I think Chipotle should have some type of portions scooper so each customer can get their fair share, especially for the protein. Chipotle is my last choice now because of the inconsistency and all of that...... rice.

  I am very reasonable person and I dont like to leave bad reviews but I am writing this review in hopes that corporate management see this and work to improve the store. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that I have arrived at the store to find out they were completely out of chicken. I spoke to another customer in line and they have experienced the same thing. The staff are all talking to each other not giving the customers attention. I had to repeat myself several times to the lady working the salsa station and for some reason she was staring off into space not listening. At the cash register I explained to the other worker that I had rewards I would like to use. She completely ignored me and was to distracted talking to her co-workers to listen to me. I then completed the transaction and had to explain to them again about the rewards. Then they started speaking Spanish to one another and I can only assume they were talking poorly about me. I am a very reasonable person and would not give a 1 star review unless absolutely certain that it truly deserved it. I hope that corporate management can step in and improve this Chipolte as it could easily be a staple of the Slidell community.

  I’ve been going to this chipotle for about 4 years this was the best place to eat cause they made sure to fill the bowl up to the brim and the burritos big and had great tasting food but recently this year this place has been going down hill the people they used to have were so kind, knew the guidelines on how to do things, and packed you up with so much but now y'all have rude employees y'all barely give you any portions I remember a girl gave me a sprinkle of cheese and when I asked for more she looked at me like I was dumb and put two more pieces of shredded cheese on, smallest portions ever now and I’m not saying that cause I’m a big lady but dang y’all used to be so good, most of the cold items are icicles, the hot stuff isn’t even warm so everything is cold, and gotten hair in my food and bugs around you. Not to mention the chips used to be fresh and now they are just reused chips from previous days. I don’t know what happened but yall should do better for an establishment cause this was me and my mom’s favorite place and she can’t eat a lot of food but this was the place she could and now I’m just disappointed cause this was also mine cause I was able to actually get this and go when I’m busy. Sorry for the grammar but I’m just very disappointed
