  This was my first time at this location and it was a great experience. All the employees were very nice and friendly. My order only took like five minutes and I was on my way. My drink was made perfect! I will definitely be back.

  My husband and I really enjoy our coffee's from 7brew... however, drove from Mississippi to the Slidell location today and waited a long time to get our coffees. Drove home and we sat down to enjoy our coffee and donuts and after drinking some, found a cap (looks like whipped cream cap) in my husbands drink. I didn't finish mine due to this!! This seems like it fell into a drink and the staff was too lazy to remake the drink! Very unprofessional!!! Ill return to the Waveland location next time!

  i never leave reviews but this was a terrible experience. i didn’t get her name but the girl in a colorful jumpsuit and colored hair with pig tails on the brew doh day was extremely rude. she walked up with a terrible attitude and asked if we had these drinks in her and when i said no she asked what i had and i had a pumpkin blondie. she then came up with two drinks that were definitely not mine and when i said those weren’t mine she said “girl i don’t have your order” while walking away with attitude again. and sweet girl was trying to help us and explain the situation that it’s busy and they don’t see my order and she even brought my drink out to me while i wait to move up so it wouldn’t be watered down she’s was very sweet. but then the girl with pigtails when i went to pay kept saying very rudely “take your money and go home” over and over while waving me away. I was literally taken back by this experience because i usually have the friendliest baristas. but this experience was absolutely horrible. i’ve been serving for years and years so i know how stressful situations should be handled and this was definitely not the way.

  I go to this place just about every morning. And if I don't make it in the morning i try and go in the evening and I tip just about every morning if not by card I will do cash, so this morning I go there, I sit there, and sit there, then another car pulls up, and the girl hurry up and go to this lady car So I pulled off this morning mad like really so i took my money somewhere else

  Our drinks were wrong however they were still good, we ordered german chocolates but instead of chocolate it was caramel. Not mad, service was great there was this sweet girl with short hair and glasses that took our order. I feel bad for her because there were two other girls with slick back buns that were just looking at the camera roll on the ipad the whole time. The glasses girl will go places.
