Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- TGTyra Gray4 days ago1.0I stood at the front counter for at least five minutes, not one person offered to wait on me One lady leaning up on the make line writing out food labels another walks up restocking cups finally, the MOD asked was waiting on orders and somebody that walked in behind me was waited on while again I was ignored so I walked out. I’d rather starve and deal with lazy people need a whole new staff.

- CWCorbin WhitlockApr 21, 20261.0We got there at 4:45 pm, food before work shift, we got there and went to the drive through, out of their control but crappy speaker and I could barely make out what the woman speaking was saying, by the time we placed our order the two people that were in front of us got up and left because they'd been waiting for too long as is, we waited for another 15 minutes and got out food at 5:00, we then sped to work and got there late as a result, as we were waiting I looked in the window and saw conversation and conversation alone, no sense of urgency, furthermore, we asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and a sprite, hold all vegetables and only mayo, we got our food, every vegetable was on the patty including cheese, minimal fries, and a Diet Coke which we settled on because we were already late, maybe the dine in experience is different but the drive thru one sucks.

And it hits the spot. Obviously I will not drive unless I am capable but even in my situation a woman or man who takes care of things Can be so useful for good food. I work long hours so to know that good food is available at late hours is amazing. Seriously thank you so much 💓
