  Slow and rude. Manager asked a question and wouldn't give time to answer. Came here at 10:30 at night. There was one person in the store and it took me 20 minutes to get my order. Awful service and worse attitude.

  I usually don't post reviews but was very disappointed with this location as a whole. We were passing through coming from N.C. looking forward to eating at a Whataburger again. The food wasn't good or hot and the service left a lot to be desired. We were traveling to get my son to his duty station at Cannon AFB. When asked about the complimentary hot or iced coffee for enlisted or Veterans we were told they didn't know how to make either. First we were told the hot coffee. Then as my son went out to get his military ID we were also told the iced coffee. We asked again and we were told nobody could make them. There was a manager on duty so I'm not exactly sure what was going on. It was exactly 3:28 p.m. on 8/12 on my receipt. Unfortunately I even thought, is it because we were white and that never crossed my mind on any other occasion, anywhere. It just didn't add up and still don't. Whataburger is a great restaurant chain. I would have expected way better.

  Took over 30 minutes for my food in drive thru. And food wasn't that good.

  This the worst Whataburger I have ever been in. I went to dine inside but the restaurant was so dirty and nasty went got it to go. So we only got fries so the lady dropped fresh fries but by the time she gave them to us the had started to get cold. The entire staff needed to be fired for being out of uniform, wearing earbuds, going off site to gas station. There were no service or professionalism in the restaurant. This has to be one of the worse locations in Shreveport, La. Hopefully corporate sees this and give me a call. Needless to say that we were the only customers in the restaurant until 2 minutes prior to us getting the cold fries and leaving. A pitiful display of representation of the chain restaurant. There was no leadership present at 7:45PM on 7/31/2026. If a manager was there he definitely need to be demoted or fired. It was a. Circus!!!

  No cars at all and still took over 30min just for a Cobb salad . No drink . No nothing else just a SALAD. No other car . Not in drive thru nor regular parking
