  This is my favorite Sonic location in Shreveport/Bossier. The staff is always friendly and the food is always excellent! You can tell when some resturants don't change the oil, that is never a problem here! This location is the best in SBC. I always come here on my lunch breaks and they never disappoint.10 out of 10.

  Sonic doesn't seem to realize or doesn't seem to care that older people are confused and overwhelmed dealing with apps. Older people just want the simplicity of ordering food and getting the same deal without the headache of using your app! Older people are sick and tired of being Sonics third rate customers! There are no more coupons coming in the mail, no more advertisements. If Sonic is choosing to lose money by insisting customers use the app, then let Sonic continue to lose money trying to save money. The quality of your food has nose dived. I'm deleting the app and canceling the texts I receive from Sonic. Maybe you should hire employees who can count and not expect tips after Sonic continues to raise the price of your low quality food! Bye 👋

  Look not a whole lot to say, i normally tip my sonic carhop 5.00 it depends if i pick up for several people i will tip 10.00 because they are carrying a lot of stuff,with drinks can be a handful and EVERYBODY HAD TO START SOMEWHERE!!!!!! well people that work there could speak to customers they only seem to tell you an amount and heres your food some of us old people look forward to conversation any and everywhere we can get it were old its what we do!!!! 😂😁

  The service here at this Sonics was very good, especially during traffic time. They did alright, good on my food order, especially an excellent work on my drink. Good work on this Sonics, just make sure you come here carefully during traffic time.
