  Struggled to take my order initially. A simple order, too. 2 small mozzarella sticks for my kids and two blue cream slush, a frito pie wrap and a sweet tea for me. Some girl brings out a brown bag about 10 minutes later with a chili cheese tater tot in it only and the two slushes. She didn’t say a thing and vanished like Batman before I could ask her anything. I drove off due to being in a hurry and thinking Sonic would be quick before our movie. The past few experiences were excellent and I was proud to support this local woman owned business but I will most likely will not be back to this location. This past experience was just absolutely ridiculous and a total waste of my time. We the people need customer service and higher standards.

  All SONICs with order takers with the ghetto accents(that annoying how may I help youuuuuuuu trend) are disgusting and have terrible customer service. Kills the experience for me. I hate to give a bad rating because of Jeffery and Taylor being AWESOME EMPLOYEES

  cup was half ice cream and the other 4 inches was straight whipped cream. Topping for the shake was non Existent. I can see by reading other reviews that they dont care about quality. Someone is going to copy and paste a passage about getting this to the appropriate team. This is why i stay away from fast food
