  Spent over an hour here trying to get food. Messed up the order 3x and we're STILL WAITING. No offer of a discount, no money back, just terrible service on top of questions about our receipt they took.

  The last 2 times I have been here it has not been good. The service was terrible. The car hop was rude and got mad because we asked for ranch dressing! It took a long time to get our food and it was cold by the time we got it. Last time all we got were drinks and it still took a long time and they were watered down by the time we got them. I probably will not return here.

  The food was hot and very good. (The location off 70'st. Shreveport La. 71118). The service started out rocky order was wrong in the end but still good. If it had been totally correct I would have given it a five star. The atmosphere was okay too .

  Sonic had moved from this location, I was surprised when I pulled in and it appears abandoned.

  The most unprofessional Sonic I been in my life. I drove to the drive thru intercom. No one came to take my order. I said in a soft voice "hello" still no one came. Drove to the window and I saw why!! The workers were so loud!! That's why they couldn't hear me at the intercom. With the window closed, I heard them all the way in my vehicle THRU THEIR WINDOW!! They were behaving as though they were at a house party. Loud, cursing having inappropriate conversations. The nice long hair biracial gentleman was the only person that saw me seating through the window Patiently waiting while the others continue to ignore me. He was the only one to assist me by taking my order. This was right before 1pm (6/11/26). I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. No customer should ever be ignored because of loudness, unprofessional, and foolishness. And to top it off. My foot long chilli hot dog was not good. Ask and paid for extra chilli and still didn't get extra chilli. Their chilli dog taste different from the other Sonic's, and not in a good way. 🤔 My cheddar peppers could have been fried a little longer. The cheese was still stiff. 95% of the staff are bringing down this establishment!! Replace the 90% and hire those that want to work.
