    When they mess up your order they don't know how to take accountability or be polite in responses and fix it. I had to go to the apps customer service just to get a refund when all I wanted was our drinks fixed.

    Did an online order of 2 drinks and a shake. Took 30 min to get. Then the drinks tasted horrible and watered down and the shake tasted weird. Girl on intercom was so rude and short with me when I asked if they knew I was still there and hadn't got my order.

    Worst sonic I've ever been to past 12 in the morning especially at night they take 30-45 mins for the smallest of things Its gotten so bad I've even called the owner and complained still no change its crazy how long a pretzel takes to cook or my drink to be made I go here all the time but dang it takes years
