  My go to Sonic location, the food is always delicious. Staff is friendly and quick. They always have cute decorations up and art on the windows, you can tell they really care to make this Sonic special ❤️

  This is a bathroom review. I didnt even bother to order food after this. I pulled in and needed to go to the restroom first. I walked into the bathroom on the right very quickly, since it was urgent. I sat down and the whole damn seat slid off with me on it! I landed on the very dirty floor and the seat landed to the side of the toilet. Please repair this seat before someone hurts themself badly! Cleaning the bathroom wouldn't be a bad idea either. I am hoping the kitchen area is in better shape than your latrine! I immediately left without ordering and went to another food place for lunch.

  There was maybe three cars in stalls, no waiting in drive thru. I had ordered my food via online and arrived at the time they said it would be ready. I still waited over twenty minutes. I live less than a mile from Sonic. ALL the food was cold. The worst part was the fries. They were not only cold but obviously fried in very old grease. I spent $12 just to trash all of it except the drink.

  The speaker didn’t work at the drive through. Burger was pretty good.

  I have called the store several times for two days now with no response. It just rings and rings and hangs up. I was given a number to a manager/owner and left message but haven't heard back. I was in a stall Saturday between 4:30-5.00 pm. I had two separate orders for my vehicle. A young man came over the speaker but soon came out to my vehicle because he couldn't hear over the speaker. I told him we had two separate orders. He wrote them down and went back inside. We could see on the screen while he was putting in the order. He had order #1 and order #2. They both had separate prices but would allow us to pay at the stall. The order went away and said your total order is 31 something. So they come out and bring our food with one ticket. I explained we had two separate orders it took her a little bit to understand after explaining several times. She comes back with two tickets. The cards got switched up when paying for the first order so I asked if she could cancel the card payment and then run the correct card. She comes back with one ticket which is the ticket that wasn't paid. She asked if someone paid for the other order. I said I did you were suppose to cancel that order. It took a little bit for her to understand and called another employee over so I explained to the other employee and she said ok come in here I'll show you what to do. Then the girl came back with another girl and one girl had a ticket and the other girl had a ticket and I explained to the knew girl who showed up. She didn't say anything. Then I said to the server did yall cancel the other order. She said yes that's been done. I said well why didn't you tell me. So we each paid for our ticket. Now I have two charges from Sonic that have gone through my bank. The other lady also has a charge that went through her bank so we have paid twice for one order. I can't get ahold of anyone.
