  I had to ask for napkins and mints. Sonic's motto use to be a napkin and a mint for every sandwich or coney ordered. Today they shrunk the mints to barely anything and you have to beg for one and any napkins. I guess that's how the managers make there bonuses now.

  I placed an order on the app for pick up, but did not receive my drinks or dipping sauce. There was no way to call for anyone in the pickup stall, so I called their phone number twice with no answer. I then pulled around to a regular stall, and had to press the button three times after it kept timing out with no response. I finally went through the drive-through, but then they couldn’t find my order and then never answered again after that. I then drove down the road to McDonald’s and just bought more drinks from there. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

  What happened to the brownie at the bottom of the hot fudge sundae? Was very disappointed as I'm lactose and tolerant so I punished myself and didn't get the brownie. Wasn't worth it in my opinion.

  Not handicap friendly. Only had the use of one arm and got handed a milkshake awkwardly and it spilt all inside my car. Lady was nice enough to offer to remake it but was too annoyed at the time trying to clean up the mess to accept.
