- ECErin CarsonAug 8, 20262.0They mark orders as “ready” before they start cooking them. So you might show up thinking your order is ready and sit there waiting 20+ minutes. Beware. Actually much slower than the Bert Kouns location.
- CMChanda McMillonJul 24, 20263.0It's ok. Pizza Hut still has the best tasting pizza. This particular location I have only been for the three dollar personal pan pizza sale. And to pick up a too good go order. Both times sucked. For 3 dollar pizza day. I paid and ordered online. They said fifteen minutes but I still had to wait a couple hours. As did other people. For the too good to go they must not understand the process. I only got one personal pizza for about 6 dollars. Which I could have gotten two at that price. Or a big pizza for 4 dollars more. But like I said the food is delicious. It may be best to order delivery to save your sanity.

(I had 2 20s) they refused to give me the food because they didn't have 12-13 dollars in change And the excuse is that they "usually only get orders from ubereats or doordash" I had no problem as long as when they get back with change the food would still be hot. They instead tell me that they cannot get change and that they cannot give me back points until end of drivers shift? Rude attitude like the call was burdensome over 12-13 dollars (it's tough nowadays a 12-13 dollar tip is a bit much) They then proceed to tell me that it's policy that a customer had exact change? The driver was kind and reassuring but the manager should NOT be taking orders with her customer service skills.
