  We decided to get Pizza Hut for a change we got 2 large 3 topping pizzas for 10 bucks a piece and some boneless honey bbq wings for 10 bucks too..All of it was great nice to change up pizza places once every 10 years lol the people there are super friendly and happy.

  Mom and I had orders from the Too Good to Go app. It said the goods were available at the store. The young black lady already had an attitude before we barely walked in. I heard it in her voice and saw it in her face. I told her why we were there. She went to to back and came back to say they had nothing. You can of course imagine how a customer would feel, to pay for something, trust that what you paid for will be there, and be told they don't have it, and then offer no help. That was all she was going to say. Didn't say anything else until we persisted. She told me I'd have to refer to the app for a refund, and while she may have been right, she didn't like the additional questions we asked, such as if they didn't have anything, when would they? I've been with Too Good to Go for almost two years and never had an issue until today. We asked for the manager. The manager came around was a little more approachable, but pretty much said the same thing. The young pouty lady stood off of in the back with her arms folded, just had no sense of representing customer service. I'm an 80s baby, and I don't get this generation and their bad attitude. I would be so embarrassed to be acting like that. The part I didn't agree with was when I told the manager about her attitude, the manager stated that we should imagine how she felt to have two ladies continuously asking questions about an order they didn't have. I agree to an extent, because if the store doesn't know, it just doesn't know, but it's way you communicate. It's your expression, and tone. I've lived in Shreveport my whole life and have always avoided Greenwood road's pizza hut location. Their service has been consistently unprofessional and I will never try this store again.

  Your employees are rude. Food was made wrong. Gave me the wrong food. Try to go through the call center. They don’t know what they’re doing. Never where I ever go back to your restaurant get new people.

  They never delivered my food and gave me an adittude when i called. Wouldnt even listen and just kept barking they were closed. Trashy people with trashy food
