  I ordered from this store not too long ago and not only one mistake but three they gave me a pizza with I don't know what type of crust because I ordered pan where is pepperoni and they gave me a pizza with Canadian bacon and sausage.. when I got there my food was not ready so I waited about 10 minutes for it to get ready when the app say that it was already ready. I tried to contact the store nobody answered I stayed on the phone for maybe 15 minutes waiting on an answer I tried to chat with the robot and I got no type of resolution.. the food was horrible the pizza was not even all the way done it was flimsy when I got it it was hot but not all the way cooked. I'll never visit another Pizza Hut again.

  I ordered a delivery order for my Son’s first birthday. The pizzas were never delivered. I submitted a claim and never heard anything back. So I finally made a trip to the store and upon arriving I was told that yes the manager was aware of the pizzas not being delivered he remembered them just sitting up there and they were short staffed and the delivery service they use wasn’t available. No phone call was made in the attempt to contact me to notify me that my son would not have food for his 1st birthday party!!! And no attempt was made to reimburse my money before going into the store 3 weeks later! All I got was “Im sorry they should have called you I wish their was more I can do and next time don’t submit a claim come in the next day because we are short staffed and I answer the phone when I can.” Well guess what there will not be a next time!
