  If I could rate negative 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I waited 30 minutes for two simple pizzas and when I asked how much longer it would be, everyone caught an attitude and then I was told the order hasn’t even been started yet. Screw them. So I just canceled the order and left.

  If I pay close to $30 for the Philly Cheesesteak pizza. I need to be able to 👀See and Taste the Philly cheese on EVERY SLICE! Papa John's is too costly to just sprinkle a dab of meat on our order.

  The prices are ridiculous and the pizza was garbage. I can't believe they stay in business. I think I'll stick with Pizza Hut down the street The large three topping $10.96 including tax, isn't perfect but it's definitely better than Papa John's! 🤢🤮

  Nearly everytime I get food here the staff is yelling very loudly and aggressively towards each other, usually in a disgruntled manner and laced with profanities. I have not seen any manager present or at least not one that made themselves known. It is a very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. And to top it off the pick up times wildly vary up to 45 minutes over schedule. I like this pizza but this location needs a new staff or a leader with better work culture and professional standards ASAP.
