  Got 2 of my 3 items wrong...waited 20 minutes...not my best McDonald's visit. Plus my burger was cold as well as my fries.

  THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! I GOT MY BOYS SOME LUNCH AND DECIDED TO JUST GET ME A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER.... I OPEN THE WRAPPER TO MY BURGER AND IT LITERALLY LOOKED LIKE THEY FOUND IT IN THE DUMPSTER AFTER SOME RATS WERE CHEWING ON IT!!! I WANTED EVERYTHING ON IT AND ALL IT HAD WAS ME AND CHEESE..... THE MEAT PATTIES HAD LIKE HOLES IN THE MIDDLE AND LOOKED ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IT ALSO HAD A BURNT SPOT ON IT!!! I DECIDED TO GO BACK FOR THEM TO MAKE ME A NEW ONE AND I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY THOUGHT I WAS STUPID AND NOT GOING TO CHECK THE NEW ONE BUT THEY LITERALLY JUST ADDED THE SAME MEAT ONTO A DIFFERENT BREAD!! I WAS NOT HAVING IT I MADE THEM MAKE ME A FRESH ONE!! I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! I HOPE PEOPLE SEE THIS AND NEVER GO HERE.... WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

  4/26/26 Sunday around 3pm. I was the only customer at the counter. Maybe 2 other customers was eating dining in. No long line in drive thru. I said that to say if they were very busy, that may have been the reason even though it shouldn't matter. My point is, I ask for my double cheese burger to be cooked to order. The cashier even showed me my receipt where it stated "cook to order" ect...by the time I received my cup to fill my drink and walked back to the counter, my order was ready. There is no way that was made fresh in less the 90 seconds. Is it something you're not telling customers about "cook to order"?? Because every time I ask for fresh food, my order is always room temperature. The cook didn't even attempt to reheat the patty so the cheese could melt a little Lol. Didn't even fake like it was fresh. A total disappointment all due to laziness I guess.
