Supposed to be open 24 hours, I put in a mobile order, got to the drive through and the worker asked if I was picking up a Doordash order, told her no, I had placed a mobile order and she told me, "Oh you need to cancel it, we don't have any food". Mind you, there were 2 cars waiting at the window.

After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes the person at the window only said "what's your order again?" I answered, she plops the bag in my hands and closes the window. Not a thank you, have a nice day or sorry about your wait. Dont get me started on my previous visit. Awful lack of pride in Shreveport.
