  I placed a pickup order several hours in advance using a promo code that was emailed to me (and also posted by Jimmy Johns on social media, I saw later!), received an order confirmation email, and went to pick it up 5 minutes after the start of the pickup window I had selected. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't ready and they acted clueless about my order. I asked them if they could look up the order using the order # in my confirmation email. When I showed it to them, that's when one lady said, "Oh, we canceled all those orders. We called everyone." I looked at my call log, missed calls, and voicemails, and there had been no text, call, or voicemail from Jimmy Johns. Nor was there a cancelation email or app push notification. There was zero accountability or apology for wasting my time and gas having me show up to pick up an order that was canceled without any notification whatsoever. There was no attempt to make the situation right. I won't be eating here again, but if you choose to do so, buyer beware - don't order when you're on a tight timeline and can't risk having your order be arbitrarily canceled with no notification whatsoever! Thank goodness CFA is in the same shopping center and took excellent care of me, as always!!

  Food was good, fast and very fresh. All employees except one, was working, cleaning and taking care of business. The one employee not working sat down and was on her phone. Clean environment from floor to drink station. Will visit again.

  This was my first time eating at Jimmy John, and I was very pleased with the food and customer service experience.

  The staff acts like they don’t want you there. Zero customer service. I tipped at the register and nobody even acknowledged it. Hire better people JJ.
