    I have been to several Dutch Bros across a few different states and this is the worst one I’ve even been too. The staff are nice and the drinks are the same. However the speed of the service is horrible. They take forever and seem to refuse to start taking orders before getting to the window.

    My car battery died IN the drive thru lane Monday morning. Audrey and Bri were so helpful and kind and so was the lady behind me and another gentleman who pulled up next to us. Renewed my faith in humanity a bit. If anyone who helped us that day see this: thank you thank you thank you!🙏

    Came to Dutch because I love Dutch Bros in DFW and was visiting family in Shreveport but 51 minutes to receive a coffee coupled with subpar customer service? Do better Dutch!! And to top it off, after 51 minutes I get to the window and STILL have to wait for my drink to be made? Will not be returning to this location!

    I attempted to drive through to grab a drink on the way to work. The girl that was working had the music up so loud that she could not hear customers pulling up. I called through the window a couple of times & then gave up & honked to get her attention. She looked over her shoulder & kept doing whatever she was doing. When she turned around, I said good morning and she responded the same & kept right on doing whatever she was doing. Let me say this, people who are out at 5 in the morning probably have places to be, such as work. Noone wants their day started with attitude from a teenager. Not only was the music so loud that she could not hear (or if she could, chose to ignore) ,but the music was inappropriate. Vulgar music should not be played in a business.

    I was asked to stop here before work, i had to be to work at 10:45 i let my manager know their drinks wouldn't be ready until 10:50. There were only 3 cars in line including my own. I ordered at 10:38 i did not get my 3 drinks until 11:12. Then on top the drinks weren't good and the cashier tried to tell me i only order two drinks so then I had to show her the receipt. Though they are really sweet they wanted until I got to the window to make the drinks and the were more focused on conversation.
