    I was excited when this place opened, as I had never had Dutch bros. I’ve been to this dutch bros 2x. Both times I haven’t had a great experience. The first time I waited over 40 minutes for my drink. I got a nitro cold brew which had ice in it. I was confused because a nitro does not normally have ice, but apparently dutch bros makes it with ice. More concerning was the recent time I went 8/16/26 when there was mold in my drink. I got a green tea and the girl taking my order was very friendly and helpful! I was excited to drink my drink and it was great! However I looked down and there was something black floating on top. I looked further and there were pieces of mold floating in my drink. I don’t know how there is already mold when they recently opened. Regardless I will not be back. The employees are very nice but the visible mold in my drink left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness. Overall the employees are very friendly and nice but I’m concerned with the management regarding wait times and cleanliness.

    We came through tonight and ordered two coffees. Two. The girls inside laughed and talked instead of making our drinks. We sat there forever and they acted like we weren’t even there. There was 3 of them and they wouldn’t stop talking long enough to make out drinks so we could leave. They literally stood in front of the window holding measuring spoons and cartons of milk talking and carrying on instead of making the drinks. Watch your cameras back. Ridiculous.

    I love Dutch Bros BUT THIS location lacks major organizational skills. You will wait longer at this location than any other because they don’t know when to come out and the order is always wrong even after repeating for verification. This location needs work.

    I came to the Dutch bros on youree drive. I sat in the line 20 min, even though th3 lime was very short. There was one guy working and taking orders outside, and I was very unfairly treated. He repititively took orders in only one line, and they usually only orders for whoever comes first. He would constantly look at my vehicle, but refused to take my order. Instead he decided to take the orders of customers who came after me. I guess he didn't want to do his job in walking back and forth. Do not recommend. I don't deal with this type of nonsense at 7Brew or Starbucks.
