  I placed a prepaid delivery order while traveling and provided full details, including my hotel and room number. The order was canceled with no real attempt to deliver it—no call, no drop-off at the front desk, nothing. When I reached out and later went to the store, the experience got worse. The employee was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me multiple times just for asking who I was speaking with. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix the issue not even an offer to remake the order. I was even threatened with police involvement for trying to resolve a prepaid order I never received. This wasn’t just a mistake it was a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service.   Ordered my usual Large specialty pizza, when I got it home and started eating I realized how terribly made the pizza was. The entire middle of the pizza was as thin as a pepperoni and then the crust was a 3 inch blob of pizza dough. Not sure who is making the pies the back there but they definitely need more time on the training videos. Then when I called to talk to the manager about it she said she couldn't do nothing for me and that's just the way she make her pizza, and she knew the order in question before I mentioned my order info.

  Would give zero stars if I could. Online time versus delivery time is way off. Was supposed to take 30 min and it had been almost 2 hours. I’ve called the store multiple times only to get told “it’s on the way” or just hung up on when I called to check again. Absolutely horrible service. I would not order from here. I wish I had read the other reviews and not ordered from here.
