  Customer Complaint Regarding Misleading Promotion and Poor Service I am writing to report a frustrating experience I had on March 29, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM at your Domino’s Pizza location. I pulled up to the drive-thru intending to order the advertised $4.99 medium pizza special that was displayed on a sign by the road. When I asked about the promotion, the employee assisting me checked with a supervisor named Jasmine, who stated that the promotion was no longer being offered. Confused, I requested to speak with Jasmine directly. When she came to the window, she told me they could not honor the promotion despite the sign still being clearly posted outside. I pointed out that the sign indicated “today only,” and there was no indication that the offer had expired. Jasmine then stated that the promotion was for the previous day and that they had been too busy to remove the sign. I expressed my concern that this was misleading to customers, as the sign was still up well into the afternoon. Unfortunately, Jasmine refused to honor the advertised price or offer any resolution. This experience left me disappointed, as I believe businesses should stand by their advertised promotions or, at the very least, ensure outdated signage is removed promptly. Customer service should include taking responsibility for such oversights and making reasonable accommodations. I hope this matter can be addressed to prevent similar situations for other customers in the future. This location failed to make things right.

  Ordered food delivery. Loaded tots were cold at delivery. App showed food to be delivered well before food was actually delivered. Threw tots away because they were cold and hard when delivered. There was no sticker on box and receipt information would not allow me to complete a survey through the website.

  Ordered take out. Food was fresh and correct. Had a deal for $9.99 any pizza. The pan crust was really good.

  The folks at this location are always very friendly and helpful. We buy from them often and have never had a bad experience.

  For some reason, our delivery had 2 people in the car, and the one who brought the food to our door slammed each box (5 total) onto our table. One at a time so it would make a loud slamming noise. Then, when my husband was bending down picking the food up, he flipped my husband off as he was getting back into the car. I am so unbelievably pissed right now. I want that man fired
