    I ordered direct from the website for delivery and half my order was not put together for the driver. When I called the store the girl could have cared less and now I have to figure out how to get a refund. Her solution was for me to drive and pick up the missing items. I’m traveling and in an RV park with no car hence the reason I ordered delivery.

    The absolute worst Chipotle I ever received. The most disappointing thing was the amount of chicken/scraps given, plus it wasnt fresh. The chips were stale, queso thick like roux, and some of my fajita veggies weren't cooked.

    Chipotle on Mansfield Road, It’s a bit too early for you all to already be receiving bad customer service reviews, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience today. I placed an online order for pickup and added fajita vegetables to my burrito bowl. When I got home, I realized the vegetables were completely raw — literally like freshly chopped onions and bell peppers that had not been cooked at all. I understand mistakes happen, so I returned to the store simply expecting the issue to be handled professionally. One young lady initially greeted me and directed me to where I needed to go, but after that the interaction went downhill. Another employee asked what I needed help with, then called over who I assume was a manager or team lead. When the manager came over, there was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to offer a remake of the food. She only asked what meat I had and then immediately told me to tap my card for the refund. I had left my card in the car, so I went back to get it, returned, tapped it, received the receipt, and that was it. No “I’m sorry.” No “We apologize for the inconvenience.” No effort whatsoever to make the situation right beyond the refund that should have been issued anyway. What made this frustrating is that I placed an online order and used the drive-thru pickup because I specifically did not want to come into the store. Instead, I had to make a second trip and still received poor customer service. Customer service matters just as much as correcting the mistake itself, and this interaction lacked professionalism, empathy, and accountability. I’m not upset about the refund process itself — I’m disappointed in how dismissive the entire situation was handled.
