  I am a teacher. A few of us placed an order. So it was a pretty nice size. The food was amazing but I was missing something from the order. I tried to call the store about 10 times and no one answered the phone. I tried to deal with the problem through the app and "Pepper" said that nothing could be done about it. I was missing My chips as well as a side of the cilantro lime sauce. I ordered through the app. The biggest frustration is there is no way to rectify the situation.

  This place didn't need a drive thru if they don't know how to multi-task. I waited over 30 minutes for a doordash order until, I just unassigned. They don't focus on pickup nor online orders. It takes them forever to fill those orders. Their main focus is walk-in and drive thru. They should have waited until they were better organized before adding a doordash account. Most new places wait a couple of weeks before adding online delivery orders. A few days later I ordered a rice bowl. They give you a teaspoon of everything Lol Smh. My bowl was thin, flat and empty. I will just continue to drive to the Youree Dr location.

  I came in to do a pick up for a service they do not utilize the racks that they have in there up front. When I finally was able to talk to an employee because everyone was working with their head down and not acknowledging anyone in the store it was very difficult to pick up the order. Mahogany was the girl that went in the back to get it and then proceeded to give me a hard time about the order making this trip way more difficult than it needed to be and if the food was on the rack in the first place I wouldn't have even had to talk to any of them they had it hidden in the back I will not be back to pick up and I will not be back to shop for any food terrible and the guy at the register looked high

  Being from the west coast I love me some Chipotle, with that being said I've been so excited watching them build this location right next to my house. Its been open for a couple weeks now and I figured the huge crowd was over with. Chipotle always has a long line btw because the food is the bomb. So I stood in line with my husband and son. I ordered a kids cheese quesadilla with rice beans and chips. They asked me 3 different times by 3 different people what the kids meal sides were. And I got 2 bowls. Then when we got to the register, I think the lady was messed up on something or high because I asked for the kids side of Chips and a juice box and she charged me for the chips, and still forgot the juice box and chips. Then for the adults I asked for a cup of water and a large drink for my husband and she charged me for the cup for water. Then she didn't give me a receipt and rushed us to pay after we had to wait 3 minutes for her to acknowledge us at the counter because she was talking. Food was over $50. Which is ridiculous because when we go to the youree or airline location its usually under $40.

  I visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill location recently. I used to live in Florida and had been really looking forward to having one close to me, so this was a letdown. On a positive note, the new construction looks great, with plenty of seating and a nice outdoor area. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match. The interior was very loud, my partner couldn’t hear the employee taking her order, and while I could hear mine, the employee came across as rude and was basically barking questions. The entire process felt rushed, like we were inconveniencing them for taking a moment to decide. It honestly felt like they were trying to push us through as fast as possible rather than provide a good customer experience. That rushed service completely ruined what should have been a nice simple lunch. We ended up taking our food to go, only to realize in the car that we weren’t given any napkins and my partner didn’t receive utensils for her bowl. Between the noise, the attitude, and the lack of basic items, it’s not somewhere I’d go inside again. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to this location opening and expected to come here regularly. Instead, I’ll likely avoid dining inside altogether and may only use the drive-thru occasionally just for convenience. Overall, a disappointing experience despite a nice-looking space. Just realized I was so rushed i forgot to take photos. Oh I well i guess i will post photos of the drive thru next time I go, because I won't be going inside to that treatment again.
