  I've never been so disappointed and so unsatisfied. Walked in to the one on youree drive in shreveport la and was ordering the food and the lady making the food was slamming the food in the bowl I ordered. I tried to find a spot to sit and every table was filthy full of food. Then while eating every piece of steak I ate had soo much grissle and chewy pieces I wasnt able to chew it.

  Not a soul spoke to me when I entered the store my food was very cold brown rice was very hard my meat was cold and not a spoon or fork not even a napkin and the watermelon drink wasn’t available and I had to go to Popeyes to get me a spoon thanks to them very unprofessional I am so upset we pay out money to get mistreated and why give me food and no napkins or spoon meat so cold i ordered my food online and went straight to them so my food should have been hot and fresh it’s like the meat and rice set up there all day or some

  Visit: 5/8/26 9:00pm I’ve visited this Chipotle multiple times in the past without any major issues, but my experience today was disappointing and concerning. When I reached the front of the line, I noticed the food station was in poor condition. Rice was scattered everywhere, including mixed into the pinto beans. The brown rice container was completely empty, and there was a significant amount of rice (at least three cups) sitting in the hot water bath. Additionally, the employee preparing mobile orders (pictured) had her hair down while working with food. She also appeared to have just finished eating. For food safety reasons, hair should be properly secured in a bun or braid during shifts. This location felt like a health hazard today. I hope management addresses these issues promptly. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning until they do.

  Came for lunch today order my food. I asked for chips and the lady at the counter was nice and told me I had to order online for just for the chips. That didn't make sense to me so I asked the manager. The manager had the nastiest attitude just because I asked about the chip situation. Then turned around and said "it's not that serious" . Like excuse me! I just asked a freaking question. Bossier Chipotle would never!

  3/27/2026 they had EVERYTHING we wanted and everything was the way it should be every time! Never have the ingredients ready. Every single time I come they are out of something either I or my partner wants. Sometimes we just have to wait 10 minutes or so and other times they aren't making any more, like shells. One night they were out of several meats, black beans, taco shells (I usually order tacos), and other ingredients and it was before 8 pm. They need to get new, capable managers! Everyone loves chipotle and I've been eating at Chipotle for 25+ years (I'm from Denver just visiting Louisiana for a while). Chipotle originated there and has been there for decades. Not sure how long exactly, but I know I started eating there early 2000s
