  So i took my friend to chipotle for the first time, thinking it was gonna be fine and the food was gonna be good… no. We walk in and right off the bat the workers are looking at us crazy, then they call my friends name and she goes and gets it and i see a bag already ready for pickup so i go and grab it trying to look for a name, and the worker snatches it from me and goes “ we don’t put names on it bc people don’t want ur diseases on their food”….. first of all it was literally my bag of food, second of all arnt yall the ones on the news for killing people with the diseases yall have??? then my friend asked for a cup and the lady was like its in the bag…. it wasn’t….. she gave my friend a cup then followed her to the drink station to make sure she wasn’t stealing a foam cup…. horrible service never going again

  My first time here, I went with a friend I was super excited to try it, the service was absolutely terrible and I will not be back. I had a mobile order asked the worker for a cup. Worker says it’s in bag ok cool I go to look… no cup not a problem I tell her. She tells me it’s in the bag. Proceeds to follow me and I tell her she can look and I show her the bag with no cup. She gets me the cup clearly pissed off but wtv. Then I kid you not follows me to the drink machine to make sure I didn’t scam her outta a second cup. Meanwhile my friend asked if her mobile order was ready. She looks at her like we’re idiots, and tells not to touch the bag because people have diseases and they don’t want your said “diseases on their food.” Ok.. rude but I get it. Asks about her food, the bag she touched with her said diseases. Was in fact HER bag. Please and thank you!

  It's a good thing I'm not manager for this store because after 20 years in food service, this staff on evening shift deserves to be written up for poor performance. There is NO reason there should be a 20+minute wait on chicken, especially when at LEAST 3 of the 5 employees are standing around instead of doing anything to help the times, or each other. I PRAY the GM sees this message and handles this staff, because it seems to happen EVERY night.

  I am with my two young children and we were just told rudely and aggressively that we will be charged $3 for filling up our water bottle at the soda machine. We are on a road trip and just spent $50 on lunch. Even if it is their company policy to not let you fill up your personal water bottle at the restaurant even after having a full meal, the way the woman spoke to me and addressed the issue was very adversarial and impolite. If we lived in this town, we would never come back.
