  The steak bites are trash. Highly remedied almost like a powder texture. Not steak textured. Looked like they were sitting in a bath of liquid smoke and water for a few days. Fries were very hot - kudos for that but the roast beef was not even warm. Lastly, my catsup packets were stuck together by I'm not sure what - maybe honey? Wasn't able to use them. Additionally this store looks like it should have been condemned nine years ago. Maybe it was and they just decided to keep going. NOT ONLY WOULD I NOT COME BACK TO THIS ARBYS I'M NOT LIKELY TO VISIT ANY ARBY'S AFTER THIS. IF THEY'LL LET THIS LOCATION BE THIS BAD THEN ALL THE OTHERS LIKELY WILL FOLLOW.

  So the ladies behind the counter working at this Arby's are polite. They greet you. They thank you. They smile and look in thr eye. Too often this type of service just doesn't happen at other establishments. Great job

  I was in there one week ago with so e friends. Now I'm not blaming the staff, I blame the owner. Severely under staff, we waited about 20 to 30 minutes for food. All while one person was complaining about quitting. Don't blame them, should not have just two people running a restaurant. Some of us just order online while waiting there cause of the wait. While waiting I realized the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned. Again not blaming staff, but someone is to blame. I got tired of waiting so I went and sat down and waited from my group to get their food. That's when It hit me. The carpet was even more nastier than the tile floor. When I looked closer at it. I could tell the carpet was originally a light tan or beige color. It was black stained! Should have been replaced years ago! No one should be sticking to carpet. I get it though. When the owner doesn't want to staff it properly and you are at a busy are of town things fall through the crack. Skeleton crew gets worked to death and nothing gets properly taken care of. This Arby's is probably the grosses one I been in.

  Canceled my order with DoorDash while I was sitting at the drive thru voice box with all the lights on and had a truck in the drive thru window when we drove in I got to the place 8 minutes earlier then pick up but yeah great team great place food is mid service mid when you can actually get some
