  I was in there one week ago with so e friends. Now I'm not blaming the staff, I blame the owner. Severely under staff, we waited about 20 to 30 minutes for food. All while one person was complaining about quitting. Don't blame them, should not have just two people running a restaurant. Some of us just order online while waiting there cause of the wait. While waiting I realized the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned. Again not blaming staff, but someone is to blame. I got tired of waiting so I went and sat down and waited from my group to get their food. That's when It hit me. The carpet was even more nastier than the tile floor. When I looked closer at it. I could tell the carpet was originally a light tan or beige color. It was black stained! Should have been replaced years ago! No one should be sticking to carpet. I get it though. When the owner doesn't want to staff it properly and you are at a busy are of town things fall through the crack. Skeleton crew gets worked to death and nothing gets properly taken care of. This Arby's is probably the grosses one I been in.

  Canceled my order with DoorDash while I was sitting at the drive thru voice box with all the lights on and had a truck in the drive thru window when we drove in I got to the place 8 minutes earlier then pick up but yeah great team great place food is mid service mid when you can actually get some

  The floor has turned black and sticky from them not cleaning it. It took 35 minutes for a roast beef sandwich. They were understaffed completely. The place is disgusting and the service was awful

  This is a solid spot when you are really craving a roast beef sandwich and some curly fries. The food usually tastes fresh, and they are pretty consistent with what you get, which I appreciate. Sometimes the drive-thru line can take a little longer than I would like, but it is generally a decent experience if you are looking for a quick and easy meal.
