  Food tasted old. Bathrooms were disgusting. Waited quite a while for food.

  I go to Taco Bell frequently, I stopped by this one since it was on my way. It has been the worse one I’ve been to by far. The lady taking our order was so rude, it seemed as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering. We ordered a Mexican pizza and nacho fries. The Mexican pizza had a like a sour taste to it and wasn’t good. The nacho fries had something on it. I recommend just going somewhere else.

  Visit a taco bell location on the corner , Ambassador caffrey and Willow street. My first thought was what's the install , the app. I did that and had poor results.The app had technical issues. So I decided to visit the location and get help from one of the managers. It was a young man with pink and blonde hair. He tried his best to help me with the app and found out he had the same problem , so he told me to come inside for assistance. I went inside of that location of taco bell and still we could not get the app work. So we decided to order on their taco board that they have inside their restaurants. After placing the order, I waited a few minutes in my order was received. I received my order in a bag and I ordered a $5 box and had to ask, where is the box before? I was given one and had to place the food that belonged in the box in the box that the food was supposed to be placed in from the beginning. Then I ask , where is my small drink of the employee who was working that afternoon. He indicated is not on your receipt.So you didn't order the one. I said I did , but there was issues with the app so it did not show that I ordered one. I politely asked him , can I please have a small pepsi drink. He continue to go back and forth with me , trying to start an argument indicating it was not on my receipt that I was entitled to a small pepsi drink. Instead of going back and forth with him, i stated are you the manager? He said no! I said , can I speak to your manager , please. The manager came up front and I explained to him.The situation politely gave me a cup so I can fill it up with pepsi cola and told me to have a great day and apologize for any inconvenience. This taco bell location was an issue on yesterday. An issue I hope never to take experience again. And this is the reason why I gave them this rating for my experience on yesterday. And oh yes , I did find three nickels that someone left, like I said found it. I was going to make them aware of it and let them know.But after my experience , I think I deserve the tip as well.   Stale, soggy tacos… cold, mushy fries… hard, overcooked nuggets. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this establishment.

  This is one of the worst taco bells I've ever went to and i hate how it's the closest one near me. The food was nearly burnt and my burrito had a gross sour taste. And the cinnamon twists were hard. They WILL mess up your order and the workers did a terrible job. If there's a better taco bell I recommend going to the one in carencro. This place needs management ASAP.
