  We came and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger on the app. Took 30 minutes to get our food despite no one else being here but us. Got home and realized they gave us a regular burger, no double no bacon. Drove back up to get it corrected and they gave us the wrong burger again. Can’t follow simple instructions

  This sonic location literally could not be worse. Every time i’ve been there without fail there’s been something missing from my order. I’ve waited over 25 minutes. Or my most recent experience when they denied the fact that I had checked in to pick up my mobile order at 10:50 and proceeded to turn off the lights at 11:10 while we were sitting there. They also said that they “did not have ice cream tonight” and wouldn’t you know it we watched the car across from us receive their ice cream sundae in front of our faces at 11pm. So don’t waste your time or money at this location and CERTAINLY don’t tip because the car hops are terrible.

  I ordered a cream slush and when the girl at the drive thru window handed it to me I sipped it and was pretty sure it was not a cream slush and I asked her and she says it was. I got several miles down the road and realized it was not and had to go back. This is very very frustrating

  It would be better if there wasn't college kids working here. 3 workers came out with phones to record the 4th worker bringing food to a car. Then one brought my food then another my drinks then one more brought my ice cream. This is ridiculous I ordered at 8:30 online and didn't get my food till almost 9 I was there at 8:37. Phones will be the death of everyone at this point
