  Pulled into the drive-thru around 10:30 PM when the restaurant was posted as open until 11:00 PM. I was told they were no longer taking drive-thru orders and would only accept mobile orders. I understand restaurants have closing procedures and staffing issues, but refusing to take an order from a customer physically sitting in the drive-thru 30 minutes before closing while still accepting mobile orders makes very little sense. If the drive-thru stops accepting orders earlier than the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated.

  Stopped in on the way to Shreveport between 3-4. I told the lady taking my order I wanted my food made to order fresh. I want 4 corn dogs and 1 pretzel again please make them fresh to order. I wasted 14.00 & some change to get food that was not made to order. Why cant people do their job? Dont waste your time going here they do not listen. Some people are on fixed incomes and can not afford to throw their money away like this and still be hungry.

  Please tell me how to get in touch with cooperate or something because this is beyond ridiculous. I ordered off the app and the girl comes out and asks for me to show my receipt ?? How in the world are you gonna ask me for a receipt but check me in? That doesn’t make any sense. At this point I will never be coming back here agian. I’m reaching out to cooperate.
