  waited 45mins after pickup time for one pizza. at no point did an employee bother to explain why it was taking so long while I was waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be already done or even care how long I waited for a dash pickup. their response was "it's just that way sometimes". well it won't be like that for me again because I refuse to ever pick up from this location again. employee was rude and dismissive. they're always slow but today sealed it for me.

  The food was overall horrible. Horrible inconvenience, the manager was rude. Very rude & lazy. The food does not look as advertised! I advise everyone to go to papa John’s. Horrible Pizza Hut. If I could give this place a 0 out of 10

  I just ordered pizza for delivery. A very nice gentleman arrived at my hotel to deliver. I ran down to save him from having to come to the door of a room on the 4th floor. He was very polite and I’m sorry I didn’t notice until after I walked away that my receipt said ‘Driver Gratuity Not Included’ and the total on the receipt did not include the tip I left for him in the itemization or the total. I can see the tip in the app and it was charged to my credit card. After calling three numbers, I was finally connected to what I told would be the actual location, but I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. With confirmation that this gentleman and the other employees at this location are receiving their well-earned tips and I will change this to a five-star review.

  Waited over an hour for food just for them to deliver it to the wrong place and they told me it was nothing they could do abt refunding me.
