  I guess they weren't happy about making food for my kids . The fries looked like the driver ate half of them and the mozzarella sticks looked like it was from yesterday.

  Although there was an issue with my order, Neal and Angelica made the situation much better! My order had accidentally been given to another customer, and unfortunately, they were out of personal pan pizzas. They did their best to replace my order with something as close as possible to what I originally ordered. I really appreciated their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Neal and Angelica provided great customer service and handled a frustrating situation very well. Thank you both for making the experience better!

  Ordered pizza today because I didn’t want to cook dinner. Well the pizza I received was old and cold. Completely not eatable. I reached out to the store and every time I asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on. Reached via chat and was told they would only replace one pizza but 2 were ordered

  This evening, I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready for 6:17. I arrived at 6:15, only to wait until 6:55 to actually receive my order. The lady next to me had been waiting for 50 minutes with a child on her hip. When they asked my name a third time, they pulled it out of the hot fridge where it had been sitting for who knows how long. The employees seem to be doing their best, but are so disorganized and have no system in place. At one point, an employee got frustrated with another and slammed a fridge very loudly. All the while, the phone is ringing off the hook & the building is incredibly hot. It was a struggle waiting in the building— I can't imagine working in it. Once I got home, I realized that my pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperoni.
