  I didn’t personally have too bad of a food experience. I mean. The food was decent. Only took like 35 minutes to get it.. but. There’s no ice in the lobby’s drink machine. The drinks coming out were “off tasting”. They locked the lobby doors at 12:00 pm while we were in here eating to stop customers from coming in. So we had to watch a nice young couple pull on the locked door while they watched us eat. It’s crazy. Let me add, a handful of other people tried to come in. The line is wrapped around the building. Yall are going to lose a lot of customers this way Edit: a week later.. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice. Shame on me. I decided to give them a second try. Big mama in the window was snickering the whole time because I asked her to change my drink out because the root beer with no ice I ordered was half drink and half foam. Ordered no beans on my five layer burrito and I feel like they added extra beans. Like seriously?! I should have learned the first time

  The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Rude window cashier, slammed window while I was asking questions. Burrito supreem was mostly mostly bean, tortillas broken and not warm, will never go back here again!

  Every single time we visit this location the food is cold. Need on tacos are cold and the chicken on the casadilla is so cold it wont even melt the cheese. Wait is long with 2 cars in the line. It wont last long.

  Yall be closing for no reason yall open at 9 but it’s 10:30 and yall isn’t open. And last night 3 young people at 40 mins before closing locked the door.

  Its sadthat you pull up to this place in Rayville,La only to be told by hand gestures and a point to the door that they're sorry for the inconvenience but they'll be opening at 1:30. People were pulling up going through the drive through and also going tk the door. Now why not just lock the door instead of people coming up opening the door while you have two employees sitting in the lobby. Come on y'all definitely needs to do better because I know it was about 8 vehicles came and left all because y'all weren't in buisiness at 1:00 pm in the evening on July 24, 2026.
