  Could take up to an hour to get your order. Don’t bother ordering ahead online. It doesn’t help at all.

  Sat in line with 5 cars in front of me for 1 ½ hours to get my mobile order. Ridiculous.

  They were not open at 9:30 today when the time said 9am. Locked up. This was going to be our 1st time we thought to eat there. This is not the way to do business. So we went to the waffle house instead. They must not have enough workers that are willing to work or very unorganized. Sad.

  Loud talking and unprofessional workers. Workers having a dance off behind the counter. The two guys fixing the food were the only two professional and working. Women’s bathroom had no toilet paper, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. There was urine all over the toilet seat and soiled paper all over the floor. I got my husband to quard the men’s room door so I could use the bathroom. It was just as filthy and unattended. I thought about taking pictures but really just wanted to get out of there. I really was hesitant to eat the food after viewing the surroundings and seeing the lack of professionalism. This establishment has not been there very long. Sadly we will never go back there and this has given me a bad taste in my mouth towards going to any other Taco Bell. What happened to people who take pride in their work. I am seriously upset and disappointed.
