  I went to pick up my food today and the lady fixing the food had no gloves on I watched. I watched her fix everyone’s fries with no gloves. She rubbed her nose and then went back to fixing the fries with her bare hands. She also wiped her Jeans and then went back to fixing the fries. She was picking up the fries with her bare hands. So unsanitary!! I didn’t even want to eat my food. The staff was nice but they are so unsanitary. It’s no care when preparing the food.

  Im understanding of being short staffed, but I cannot understand terrible service with terrible attitudes. Its a shame a young business can be so absent of common decency. Edit- I have reached out through the website that was provided before leaving this review. As you can assume from that automated response I have yet to be contacted.

  I should never feel like I have to deal with an attitude just for ordering again not sure what her name is working at night but she is rude and does not deserve to run a shift !!! I asked if I can place a new order even after my fries were made wrong I didn’t complain just asked to make a new order to keep peace and was met with an attitude … if the manager reads this please get her out of there … her customer service sucks

  Stopped in during lunch today to pick up an order of garlic parmesan wings for my mom to bring back to her nursing home. There were only two gentlemen working and they were nonstop the entire time I was there. Even with how busy it was, the customer service was great and my mom’s order was perfect. Her wings were extra crispy like she asked for. Just wanted to say thank you because their hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed.

  Poor customer service. First time we went there, we ordered chicken and fries. They gave us all fries no chicken. Second time our fries were dumped at the bottom of the bag. Who ever is working the kitchen needs to go through training again.
