  Waiting a hole 2 hours for my food and nobody helped us. I had my kids crying for food and hungry and we ordered on the app cause nobody would help us or answer, come to find out, they were smoking weed in the back and wasn’t helping customers.

  Why do so many people bother coming here? So many of the stalls don’t work. It’s a super long wait every time, if they even answer the screen at all. Always understaffed. DoorDash pickups are ALWAYS LATE. I’m done ever coming here

  After waiting 2 hours for food... this is the "freshness" of it being served after being "remade". Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Want your 80⁰ chicken? Yeah... and i feel sick too.

  I ordered a sandwich with added jalapeños and bacon. Of course it came out without it on my burger. So I went back and let them know. The young man who re-made the burger was not exactly rude but he clearly was annoyed that I was asking for it to be made properly. This place 100% of the time gets something wrong. I would not go if it wasnt so close to my house but his attitude about fixing the mistake was to much. They need to do better customer service matters!
