  I'm concerned that the staff at this fast food don't understand what the word straw is or means. I had ordered 2 blast and a order of mozzarella sticks. when my order came everything was fine except I was missing the 2 straws. I had asked the car hop before she left if they were in the bag and she responded "yes" so I search my bag and find no straws at all. I click the button and calmly ask for straws because I had received none. I was even asked what I had and i answered that I had blasts. when the same woman came back out she handed me a bag and apologized cause she thought they were. I check the bag only to find extra sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I don't understand how difficult it is just to receive 2 small bits of plastic. it's ridiculous is what this was. having you go elsewhere for straws because staff is incapable of hearing a small request should not be something that happens at any point

  I was probably one of the first customers the sonic ever had when it opened up about 30 years ago. The service Has gone up and down a lot during the years. But here lately, the service is terrible. The location is rundown and not kept up. There’s probably 10 stalls for online orders and it’s rarely even two or three cars in those stalls. There’s probably 10 to 15 stalls for customers that drive in and want to order. Out of those probably half work and the other half don’t work. I drove up tonight finally found a kiosk that looked like it worked press the button about five minutes later, another car pulled up and I could hear that they were giving him an order. I looked at the red button. It wasn’t illuminated anymore. Pressed it again same thing happened finally the third time a person come on and wanted to take my order. No I don’t think so. What I should’ve done was order about $75-$100 worth of food.Wait until it got to my truck and then told him sorry I don’t think so but I didn’t I called the manager. His name is Corry which I believe was the same person that tried to take my order after three times of pressing the button. Didn’t get much out of him. So after all these years and whole lot of money spent at this location, I will never I repeat never stop here again. I know I’m only one customer and they make a lot of money and it probably won’t hurt them one bit. I hope this review will save someone else from stopping here. Or finally get somebody that has some authority to go there and straighten things up.

  Don't come here and order a blast unless you like it barely full and like a milk shake for them to tell you that's how it comes as if I never been there when I know its pose to a little over full and really thick which is what makes it a blast. If I wanted a shake I would have ordered a damn shake

  They just cant seem to get it together here. I hit the red button only to have it deactivate before someone came on three times before i left. Never even got to order.

  My girls love sonic and it still tastes like It did when I was a kid. The servers are always so nice and our food always comes out quickly
