18 minutes for 2 kids meals and 2 value meals is ridiculous.

Did an online order with a promo for 10 free nuggets cause life's expensive. The man went over the items said they were in bag which to me seemed good enough not to check. Won't do that again. Mcchickens were spicy not regular and I dont like the spice in those, no nuggets, they still included the burger sauce I wanted with the nuggets but no sweet and sour either. They weren't busy so I dont really know what happened there. Not as big of a deal with the nuggets since it was a free item but my wife was going to eat those and now she doesn't have anything. Maybe will try again in the future but this was the first mcdonalds experience ive had in over a year.

Rather mind blowing that I literally stood at this counter for almost 10 minutes without a single soul acknowledging me and I actually had to to stop a worker just to be able to get help with a mobile order. I get being busy, but this may genuinely be some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant which says a LOT!
