  Went in in a group of 4, we all placed orders at individual kiosks. None of them had paper in them and the screen that shows order number disappears too quickly. We were on lunch, so kind of had limited time. I was the first one done at the kiosk. It took probably 20 minutes before the first order was handed out. Then the last of us to finish at the kiosk got his food. Another had asked about his food, the guy said he didn't see it..... gave him the food. After 30 minutes of waiting for food, I ask for a refund. The guy came up with an excuse all of the orders come back at once, which tells me they are just back there clearing things off of thier screen without ensuring completion. I tell the guy what I ordered, which was 2 mcdoubles a four piece and strawberry watermelon refresher. I tell him I just want a refund, in a real smart-ass way he tells me I dont even have an order number. Of course I don't because nobody put any paper in the kiosk.

  Order was wrong I Order big breakfast with hot cakes. No hot cake no eating utensils no napkins no jelly.

  The recorded greetings on drive-thrus that are going around everywhere are annoying, but the one at this location is ridiculously loud and shrill. I feel like I'm getting my eardrums blown out and a spike through my head. The employees told me that a lot of people have complained and that the manager still refuses to turn it down.
