    Ordered delivery as a surprise for my toddler. Order tracker never updated from received to preparing, but no big deal it glitches right? No, we went well passed the delivery time with no updates. Tried calling and you have to go through a call service to eventually be transferred to the store. No one at the store answered after multiple questions and an eventual thransfer to the store. Called again to go through the same insanity to be transferred to the store and again no answer. Called again. And again. And again. And again. Can't cancel your order except from the actual store which doesn't answer calls. Eventually cooked my child food, fed him, brushed his teeth, and put him to bed fully intending to dispute the charges with my bank since you can't get anyone at the store. Hours later after he's in bed and we're in bed I receive a notification that the order is out for delivery. I feel so bad for the driver because they use doordash and the driver has nothing to do with any of this and I already intend to dispute the charges. The food FINALLY gets here after we've cooked, eaten, and got in bed, the dasher is pissed because they've been waiting at the restaurant for over an hour, and I give her all the cash I have because again not her fault and I'm disputing the charges so I don't know if she'll lose her tip. We look at what we've received and the drink is wrong and the pizzas are wrong. The only thing right is the breadsticks. Horrible experience and I will never do it again.

    I'm here on an out of town job. Placed my order for one pizza and it came out wrong. Kinda tried to make it right by giving me my missing topping on the side but that's crappy. Didn't offer a replacement but hey I was hungry and it was late so I said screw it. Don't have to worry about going back LOL

    Ordered food at 9 pm they close at 10/11pm they were closed when I got there at 9:30 I couldn’t cancelled my online order I went back the next morning and got told they canceled my order. I didn’t get a refund for the next week and a half so I had to dispute the charge.

    Worst location ever. When I walked in, I mistook the “manager” for a customer because she was sitting in the lobby on her phone. I then told her I ordered the box with the wings as an entree, which was supposed to come with 6 wings and a side. She then went back and forth with me, claiming it only has 4 wings, when online and everywhere else it says it comes with 6. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was the manager. Well, she could've fooled me. You’d think the manager would know the menu. She also said I couldn’t have a refund or my order made over. All I could get was a sorry store credit, to use at the same store that just messed up my order. Honestly, I would’ve been fine with if that woman didn’t make me feel crazy for reading straight off of the website. I guess she must own this location or something. Sorry for my mistake. Also, what kind of manager has to call an employee to help them comp a meal? I wish I could give zero stars.
