    It is unacceptable to have four people working on a Sunday—three of them chatting about personal matters and the fourth cleaning, touching their hair, and then preparing customers' food. It is unbelievable that this happens in a place where food is prepared. You can see it on the cameras; it was 7:35 AM. I placed my order but couldn't eat it—it’s disgusting. You need to improve the staff working for you.

    The cashier charged me for a donation without telling me. I only noticed it when I checked the receipt. After I pointed it out, she acted like it was no big deal and said, “If you want, I can refund it.”
