  Check your food because they don’t like to pay attention when they make your food. Thick piece of cardboard in my burrito. Similar thing happened at the Covington location, I’m convinced they let anyone work there. Will not be eating here no more

  ⭐ 5 Stars – Worth the Short Drive Every Time After a frustrating experience at the Taco Bell location, I decided to make the quick 12-minute drive over to the Taco Bell—and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, it was a completely different world. The doors were open (as they should be), the lobby was clean and well-kept, and everything felt like it was actually being run the way a restaurant should be. No leaking ceilings, no confusion, no attitude—just solid, professional service. The staff here was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My order was taken quickly, made correctly, and came out fast. It’s amazing how much of a difference good management and a team that actually cares can make. After dealing with a location where I was basically treated like I didn’t belong for simply walking through an unlocked door, this was a breath of fresh air. This is how it’s supposed to be. Do yourself a favor—skip the hassle and just head to Ponchatoula. This location sets the standard.

  Drive thru was so rude last time I went here I refused my orderand left. Haven't been back since that's how bad it was maybe it was just that one time and that one girl working the window but it was enough for me to never go back again and I don't miss it. The tacos were so little of anything on it they cannot even call it a taco.. Horrible location I rate this place as one of the top 3 worst experiences in Ponchatoula and Hammond area. Shame.

  Worst experience ever. i told them I was missing an item. I went through every single item I had before coming back and they argued that I had it i did not have the item. It was the only thing for me and all I was eating that night because I dont like the tacos.
