  Kenzleigh (hope I’m spelling it right) went above and beyond to give me the perfect chiller 💓could decide what I wanted at all and it’s like she knew the exact flavor I wanted and this will be my go to drink from here on out

  The past two times I have come, my order has been incorrect. The first time, my partner ordered me a snickerdoodle chai latte, however I was just given a regular latte. The second time I ordered no whip cream and light ice on an apple butter chain, and neither thing was true on the actual drink. I did not want to hold up the line , so staying to correct felt inconsiderate.

  I visit 7 Brews from Hammond and Slidell throughout the month. Depending on where I am. My first visit to the Ponchatoula location was last week, and wow! 7 Brew is pretty consistent with delicious coffees and quick friendly service. However I must say KEENSLEY (I hope I spelled that right), was exceptional!! Of all my visits, she was the most helpful I have had yet! She was so knowledgeable about all the flavors and lower sugar options that would still taste good for me. And she actually cared if my coffee tasted good or not to me. She was genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ponchatoula 7 Brew is now my favorite location because of her and the experience I had. Keep up the good work girl! 👏
