  So apparently the “estimated pickup time” at Pizza Hut actually means “that’s when we’ll start thinking about making your pizza.” Placed an online order, showed up on time, and then got the privilege of sitting in the store for another 25 minutes while my pizza was being made from scratch like it was an ancient family recipe. And after all that? They somehow managed to burn the pizza AND forget half the toppings. I ordered 2 toppings and received a very creative interpretation of that number: 1. At this point I didn’t order Pizza Hut — I ordered a live cooking demonstration with disappointment on the side. The whole point of online ordering is so the food is ready when you arrive. If I wanted a surprise waiting game and a burnt scavenger hunt for toppings, I would’ve just made dinner at home.

  Very rude customer service. Not professional at all. And employees are always back and forth, and in and out of store while customers are present. I’m very dissatisfied actually

  Trash 🗑 My pizza taste like left overs strait out the store. This is horrible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE...

  This is the worst Pizza Hut that I've ever ordered at!!! We placed our order and an hour and a half later we still had not received our pizza. We called them back and our pizza was still sitting there waiting to be delivered and they said they did not deliver that door dash would deliver it and we said our pizza is cold now so just refund our money. The dude was so rude and handed the phone off to the manager and the manager said your pizza is still here and we don't deliver it was door dash's fault and I said just refund my money at first she didn't want to refund it she said that was door dash's problem and I said no pizza hit charged my card so they needed to refund my money since my pizza had not left their store. She said ok your money will be refunded it will take 7-10 business days to show up. I said fine by the way your employee that handed you the phone was very rude to me and my husband and she said that's not my problem I said YES IT IS and then asked her for her managers name and phone number she refused to give it to me. I will never order anything from this Pizza Hut ever again!!! Hoping I get my money back!! I'm not holding my breath though!!!
