They didn’t include any of the toppings I paid for on half my pizza and it was just burnt cheese… so I brought it back to the store. The manager Shawn refused to remake the pizza for me after I explained they made 1 half correct and the other half was burnt and if they just remade the other half it would be okay but they refused to make my order right. I’ll never go here again. There are PLENTY other pizza places to go to in town. Don’t go here. She was rude and snarky about correcting the order that I paid for.

- MPMikesh PatelMay 10, 20261.0So apparently the “estimated pickup time” at Pizza Hut actually means “that’s when we’ll start thinking about making your pizza.” Placed an online order, showed up on time, and then got the privilege of sitting in the store for another 25 minutes while my pizza was being made from scratch like it was an ancient family recipe. And after all that? They somehow managed to burn the pizza AND forget half the toppings. I ordered 2 toppings and received a very creative interpretation of that number: 1. At this point I didn’t order Pizza Hut — I ordered a live cooking demonstration with disappointment on the side. The whole point of online ordering is so the food is ready when you arrive. If I wanted a surprise waiting game and a burnt scavenger hunt for toppings, I would’ve just made dinner at home.
