  I ordered through papa johns app for a delivery at 6:15. Now to be delivered at 7. Nowhere does it say they don’t actually have delivery drivers. But they go through door dash. My pizza has been done and made for over an hour. Just sitting there waiting for a dasher to come get it. I called to explain my frustrations and the gentleman who answered the phone explaining their doordash situation. I said, so what? Thats it. He said YEP!!! Thats it. A girl cant get a partial refund??? A COUPON?? My gosh. Never again.

  They closed up before they're scheduled closing time at 9:00 was not able to get my pizza but they sure kept my pizza and my money

  I ordered an over an hour ago, they don't answer when I call, and still no delivery. Disgusted, will never order from here again.

  Food made me very sick 10-15 after I ate it I was in the restroom for hours even this morning my stomach still hurts from being sick all night still have half the food left and the whole dessert left because I was afraid to eat it
