  Employee has kid playing at a table by herself, very disturbing. Service was not professional. Food was ok. You slide on the floor it is so dirty, I told my husband to be careful not the fall. Tables were dirty. I disinfected after I left. This place serves the public, it should be shut down.

  Just left their store without getting my entitled refund!! Service was PISS POOR!! Ordered a filet o fish meal, kids happy meal and a cookie tote. They are out of "Hi-C, so I rejected a different drink fir my grandbaby. I was okay with not getting the drink. I pay and move to the next window, get my food, then Im.told to wait in #1. Im assuming its for the Cookie Tote. Well, after sitting 20 minutes, a young man come out and says, "Im sorry ma'am, we out of cookies and if you want a refund, you gonna have to come.i side". So now Im pissed!! Sometimes as grandma's, we just throw on something and go out of the door, with no anticipation of getting out of the car. Anyway, I instead decided to drive off because I WAS PISSED!! There is lack of communication!! The person taking orders in the drive thru, should KNOW beforehand, what they are out of before accepting orders and taking people's money!! McDonalds on Hwy 28 East, Pineville, get it together!!

  The last 3 times i have come to this location I have been asked to "pull ahead or park" because "something" wasn't ready. Each time I have never left in under 20 minutes. Once, was literally 45 minutes. I have worked at this location 23 years ago and I would have been fired if this had happened. I dont know what happened between then and now but, its rediculous. Not one item in that place takes more than 5 minutes to cook. Im literally sitting here now waiting. Have been for 15 minutes. I was brought my burgers eventually. No fries. Now im debating just saying screw it and leaving without them. The point of McDonald's is fast food. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes, I could have gone and gotten good food for this price.

  This should be a 24hr Macdonald's. Aside from being clean and generally well- stocked, (seems like they are never out of anything. I mean... I'm sure it happens... just not that I've noticed), most of the employees are friendly and seem to be trained well. The food is what you'd expect from Macdonald's, but it is usually better presented than your usual Mcd.'s, and this is the only store in this area that has never botched my order to the point that I thought they'd given me someone else's food. To be fair, though, I don't visit this one quite as much, due to location and operating hours mostly. In short, probably the best you can expect from a Mcd's... although, they are only ~one smile/one correct order better that the 24hr Mcd's on N MacArthur and it's just as busy, but at different times...
