  Favorite place as far as fast food is concerned. I love their smash burgers but my favorite is their cheesecake shakes. I think the local franchise in Slidell closed down and sold the locations but we frequent the one in pearl river

  Was there last night, (8/2/27) ordered pretzels they had no cheese. had to go to Taco Bell to get the cheese. I asked for a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. It seemed like they did the opposite as there was minimal hot fudge. Also, I went there to get a premium sundae with whipped cream and a cherry and instead got soft serve ice cream with minimal hot fudge. I could've went to McDonald's and bought two hot fudge sundaes for what one cost me there and it was the same thing except this one being slightly larger. Went there today (8/3/27) and ordered the number nine with chili cheese tots got home and it had chili cheese fries. Service is typically great, but they never seem to have anything there and it's sonic, so what do you expect, the food is always mediocre. Their management needs to step their game up and make sure they have what's needed on hand and they definitely need to make the Sundaes with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Otherwise it's not a sundae. I'm disappointed to say the least.

  I had a $50 bill to break so I ordered a milkshake. Everything was fine. But I would’ve liked my 64 ¢ back in change. Keep it for your tip.

  Horrible experience. The guy came out and he literally told me that they were open and once I got back in my car and waited for them to take our order and I just saw them laughing in the building and we ended up leaving after waiting for 20 minutes. Even went to a second station thinking it was broken and they still didn’t take our order.

  Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Sat there waiting for 10 minutes to even get acknowledged then waited for my food for half hour. They said their kitchen was backed up but there were barely any cars there. Food came out lukewarm and my friend sat here for 45 minutes without getting acknowledged once. When I told them we had been sitting there for almost and hour and hadn’t gotten our food he told me we were not there for that long and that the order had just gone through. Don’t waste your time with this one. Driving 20 minutes out of the way for a different sonic will be well worth your time. Staff and food were absolutely horrible, we will not be back.
