Went to order the biggest drink they had they come give me a medium. Idk if it’s just laziness or if they didn’t have a route 44 cup. Just poor service

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I waited almost 10 minutes after pressing the red button, and when they finally took my order and I started speaking, they told me to wait again in the worst possible way, and boom—left me talking to myself... I started my car and left. Never in my life will I set foot in this place again."

I’m a pregnant woman that has an ice craving and so I just came for their bag of ice. Well as I am getting now to the end of the bag I see a foreign object in my ice and I’m disgusted. It’s frozen and maybe a meat I don’t know but I’m just disgusted.
