I paid for my order in advance but did not receive the advertised discount. The employee was rude and treated me with disrespect. Additional charges were added, and no proper explanation was given. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Very disappointing.

After being treated so rudely at Pizza Hut our business has transferred to Dominoes. Not only was our pizzas ready when they said they would be,they were made properly and the crust was cooked and seasoned! Kudos to you and the worker that brought out my pizzas in the rain!!

I placed an online order approximately 30 minutes before the store's closing time, hoping it would be accepted and fulfilled. The order was successfully processed, so I drove to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, I noticed that the illuminated "Open" sign was turned off. I drove closer to the front of the store and saw two employees inside. I then parked my vehicle and waited. About two minutes later, one of the employees opened the door and asked whether I was waiting for an order. I replied that I was and provided the name associated with the order when asked. At that point, the employee began raising her voice and stated that it was suspicious that I had driven close to the store and parked facing the building with my headlights directed toward it. I explained that I was simply trying to determine whether the store was still open. Without further discussion, she slammed the door and locked it. Shortly afterward, I received an email notification stating that my order was ready for pickup. I walked to the store entrance and stood by the door. The same employee who had previously spoken to me saw me on at least two occasions but completely ignored me. I knocked on the door, and she acted as though she did not see me. The other employee was present as well but did not acknowledge me. After waiting without any assistance, I left. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received another email informing me that my order had been canceled. I found the behavior of both employees to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful. If the store is unwilling or unable to fulfill orders placed shortly before closing time, then the online ordering system should be disabled accordingly. Customers should not be allowed to place orders that employees have no intention of completing. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately. The employee's conduct was unacceptable, and additional customer service training for both staff may be necessary to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

I placed several online orders for pizzas because everyone had different methods of payment. One of the orders I misplaced. The person working (who seemed very agitated for whatever reasons) wanted to quote company policy with a very unfriendly disposition. I asked her for some help because it was a first time error and have never asked them for any assistance before. She made it known she'd only do it once and never do it again. I went to pick up the pizza and thanked her gratefully for her help. As she was walking away, she mumbled it again under her breath, not sure if it was done just loud enough for me to hear but I did. One of the things I pride myself on in my position as a senior sales consultant at my dealership is my ability to provide the best customer service before, during, and after a sale, for which I've gained national recognition, both as an individual and with the organization. Regardless of my personal disposition, one thing I refuse do is be ugly or rude to the clients and patrons that my livelihood depends on. Since I'm also in charge of taking care of lunch for the dealership on Saturdays, I'm not very inclined to patron this location going forward for the foreseeable future as customer service is very important to me. I appreciate the help with the issue resolution, however if it can't be done in good faith and intention, you might as well not do it at all.

My delivery order was barely warm. We had to put it in the microwave oven to heat it up. This wasn't a pleasant or satisfying meal.
