  Well, if you don’t mind being treated like anything more than scum this might just be your place to eat fast food. Or should I say slow food! Can’t complain to the manager because she’s the culprit, also the one with a funky attitude and denial tactics. Taking a burger order might be a little difficult and I get that, so I am trying to be a little more understanding. Sometimes it might even get really intimidating if you add a drink and a side!!. I think this food joint would benefit greatly from some training. Customer service, food quality and presentation, management skills and time management are just a few that I know would help this establishment succeed. Being this isn't my first time to have a horrible experience here, I don’t think I will grace them with my business again. Wasted money for sure because I had to throw the slop away. The word on the street IS true. Honestly I was trying to give this Sonic the Benefit of the doubt. But it’s ok, I understand the negative chatter around town now….My time and money are more deserving than this! Peace out! ✌️

  It took 3 times to get my burger correct even with the tag being taped to the bag they got it wrong plain no cheese means no cheese then the second time only one patty when it was supposed to be 2 by the time they was finished my order was ice cold and drinks watered down it wouldn't let me give a 0

  I had to repeat my order multiple times and it still wasn't right on the screen. The person taking my order was pretty much whispering into the mic, so I could barely hear him. After the third round of awkward silence, I just left. I almost wanted to order anyway, just to see how much disappointment this place could produce.
