I politely asked for 2bags for the drinks and the manager said they never had anyone to ask for anything like that. They both harassed me and followed me to the door shouting threatening me with the little one recording me. I will not visit the store anymore š š

However last week I got an order that was more wrong than any order has ever been wrong before. Several items were missing, but most importantly in lieu of a Cheesy Gordita Crunch I got a Doritos loco taco inside of a Gordita wrapper, cardboard box and all. Taco Bell was quick to refund my money since I ordered on the app, but what the actual hell??? Iām still going to go back because this was a one off experience, but Iām shocked by how wrong this was.

I literally order 3 nacho tacos and I get 3 tacos with meat and cheese only, and how do you not put lettuce on anything I ordered. Then the lady over the intercom paused and and acted like she was so stress cause I asked for no sour cream and kept asking while I'm trying to order if I'm done yet... The service and food sucks at this Taco Bell they need to get it together.
