As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JMJay MolMay 12, 20261.0This is my second time going to this location The first time I place a order for two sandwiches my food was cold Second time I place a order for two sandwiches food was cold again I call the store location they phone always going to voice mail when it’s not that busy just kept going to voice mail So I call the customer service number and made a complaint So the manager at the store finally call back she about 3:50 with a nasty attitude and basically told me your not going to always have hot food and claim the food was hot which it was not which is ridiculous meat was just throw on a bun not warm or nothing The manager was just combative and had a attitude mayo and mustard was just slap on there with onions that was not grill and just came out one of the containers they have Very poor customer service from the Manager

ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS HAS A MIRCOWAVE. I DONT WANT HERE THAT. I hope they replace that place with something else
