  Their rude, and dirty. They handle cash and do not washed their hands before returning to pizza station. This is the second or third time having to cut my own slices. I ordered a large pizza and received 6 huge slices. Proces keep fluctuating smh. Making our own pizza from now on. This is not worth the headache.

  Ordered a large The Works with wings and a drink but got a medium pepperoni pizza. Order was delivered at 12:30 pm and I've been calling to get them to correct their mistake for over 2 hours now. No one picks up the phone and I still do not have what I paid for. It was so easy to place the order, but I can't believe it's been over 2 hours and I still can't get anyone to fix my order. Definitely NOT worth the wait! ***UPDATE*** It's been over 3 hours since I received the incorrect order and have been trying to get a hold of the store. Finally got a call back from the "manager" who said she was checking if I got my order. I explained I did not receive what I ordered and have been trying to get a hold of the store for over 3 hours. She said they're having phone trouble, but she just wanted to check that I got my order. I reiterated that I did not receive what I ordered, and her exact words, "oh well, you got a refund, sorry about that" then the line went dead. If that is the manager's level of customer service, I can't imagine the rest of the store. Much less the care, if any, they put into making the food we pay for. I changed from 2 to 1 star. Very poor ability to take responsibility for their mistakes, and no consideration or concern whatsoever for their customers.
