  Took them eight minutes to give me two hamburgers... At Least I was greeted and thanked.... That is not a given anymore

  Horrible service and help from the workers. I had to go back up to the front counter four separate times because they forgot multiple items in my one meal. They forgot my Shaker Seasoning and Bag for the Ramyeon Fries, all of our sauces, our drink and napkins. Each time I went up, barely anyone acknowledged me. It took multiple workers walking past me for someone to ask if I needed anything. I myself work at a McDonald’s and have never seen this type of attitude. Workers having drinks and taking sips from their drink outside of the Crew Room, shouting across the kitchen, etc.

  The night crew is young and very unprofessional. Talks over you while you're trying to order and doing TikTok dances when you reach the window to retrieve your food. Its late im hungry and then I get warm fries and a cold filet of fish meal. I've patronize this place long enough. I rather travel to St Bernard parish or Gentilly Louisa to be exact for awesome customer service, hot food and professionalism. I wish i can get Mr. Christopher Bardell to ride in the back of my car and witness this poor service that the night shift is giving us here in New Orleans east.
