There is frequently a lot of drama, arguing, and unsafe behavior in and around this location. I have seen situations where people come in threatening others, including threats involving guns, and management appears to treat it like a normal conversation instead of a serious safety issue for customers sitting inside eating. That should not be normal in any restaurant.
The employees at this location also tend to judge customers, discuss what people spend or what they may have going on, and make assumptions about people’s lifestyles instead of simply doing their jobs and providing professional service. During my recent visit, I came in to pick up food I paid for while riding my bike, with my service animal secured inside a closed carrier. I was not going to leave my animal outside unattended, and there is no safe place outside to secure anything. I briefly set the closed carrier down to use the screen/pick up my order, moved it when told, and was still disrespected and called out of my name.
On top of that, the restaurant has visible cleanliness and safety problems: wet mats, wet/dirty floors, trash, dirty surfaces, visible liquid/leakage near the drink/coffee service area, and staff walking past hazards without correcting them. The building also appears poorly maintained. I will be doing the best of my ability to make sure that inspectors get on this property since it seems to be an issue here and they don’t mind taking the time to dirty up the place and keep it that way there should be no reason why coffee is all over the back so much that you have footprints behind you now when you enter into the kitchen prep. I will also make sure to update these pictures because you guys clearly can’t hear the sound. My shoes are making walking around the sticky place and I’m sure they wiped the towels with the same mop water they use for the floor.
